Someone to help me please, I need this program to migrate my lapto from an hdd to an sdd. But whenever I try to log in it tells me that there is an error and I try it later. I've been trying to fix this for a week, and acronis doesn't answer anything.

We need more information before the Acronis community can offer assistance.

Would you please advise what you are trying to do: login to you Acronis Account on WWW, or are you attempting to add user details or product serial number when setting up ATI on your computer?

What operating system is being used, for example Windows 10 Enterprise x64, Version  21H1,OS build 19043.1865; what version and build of Acronis True Image are you using (is it ATI 2020 that is discussed in this forum); you can experience problems if you are not using the latest build of ATI, (Build #38600 which can be downloaded from this link  Acronis True Image 2020 for PC.

Simon advised he is using ATI OEM in Off Topic here

See KB 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products which applies to all OEM versions of ATI supplied with hardware purchases.

Simon, as asked by Ian, a whole lot more information is needed to understand what issue you are seeing?

Assuming that you have installed the OEM version of Acronis True Image, then the first recommendation is to ensure that you make a full Disk backup of the working laptop HDD and store this on another drive such as a USB HDD.

Next, please create the ATI bootable rescue media using the 'Simple' mode in Windows on the laptop.  This should be created on a USB memory stick or a DVD disc, and you should test that you can boot your laptop from that media.

If you have been attempting to clone the HDD to a new SSD then please see below:

See KB 56634: Acronis True Image: how to clone a disk - and review the step by step guide given there.

Note: the first section of the above KB document directs laptop users to KB 2931: How to clone a laptop hard drive - and has the following paragraph:

It is recommended to put the new drive in the laptop first, and connect the old drive via USB. Otherwise you will may not be able to boot from the new cloned drive, as Acronis True Image will apply a bootability fix to the new disk and adjust the boot settings of the target drive to boot from USB. If the new disk is inside the laptop, the boot settings will be automatically adjusted to boot from internal disk. As such, hard disk bays cannot be used for target disks. For example, if you have a target hard disk (i.e. the new disk to which you clone, and from which you intend to boot the machine) in a bay, and not physically inside the laptop, the target hard disk will be unbootable after the cloning.

See KB 65508: Acronis True Image 2021: how to create bootable media and KB 59877: Acronis True Image: how to distinguish between UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes of Acronis Bootable Media
