Entire PC restore fails with Western Drive edition; DOS error message
On my Western Drive edition, I select the backup to be used for an Entire Computer restore, click "proceed," and see a screen telling me to restart my computer. I do so, and initially see a DOS error message --after which, Windows 10 opens without anything having been restored. The DOS error message is::
Starting x64 UEFI loader (v.1.1.120)...
Runtime error:

How can I correct this? Thanks!

Your statement above tells me that you are attempting the restore from within Windows 10 which will always require a restart in order to launch a temporary Linux based recovery environment.
The key issue with the Linux recovery environment is that it lacks support for some types of internal drives as well as not supporting RAID and encryption.
The recommended method for performing this type of OS restore is to first create the Acronis 'Simple' version of WinPE (Win RE) bootable rescue media then test booting from that media to ensure that it can 'see' the target internal drive and the partitions on that drive.
