Magnus, what exactly are you trying to restore here and where to?  Are you restoring to the original location for the files & folders, or to a different location?

Is it possible that the location you are trying to restore to is locked by an active application?

I'm trying to restore my documents to another location, a new folder I have created to contains the restored backup. I have try to restore to multiple locations.

Just looking at the above error suggests that either there is an issue with the ATI 2020 application / settings, or else it is not being run with Administrator authority as required to function correctly?

See KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings - for doing a repair install if needed.

The other error messages in your log seem to suggest network involvement here?  Are you attempting to restore your documents to a network location or from a backup held in a network location?

Magnus, I would suggest doing some further testing here:

First, in Explorer double-click on your backup image file to open it and show the contents, then navigate to one of the folders you are trying to restore and select a single file to copy and paste into a different location.  If this is successful, then try with more files or a whole folder.

If you have problems doing the above, then try doing the same from a different backup image if you have one available, or else create a new backup image and try with that.
