error that doesn't explain itself

Thread needs solution

i got a new ssd and am getting ready to upgrade, but when i try to back up my data, it comes out with the error "The latest backup has been stopped by the product update." (i attached a screenshot)

is there a reason this is happening?

Have you tried doing a Windows restart to clear any outstanding actions following any updates?
