FAILED TO CONNECT ACRONIS SERVER

Thread needs solution

Hi. I bought kingston fury Renegade 2tb m2 ssd

 I can login Acronis via from browser and also redeemed my code.

I dowlanded the file from kingston website

 

There are nothing wrong on firewall.

These are the steps that which I used

1-Used both wireless and wired network.

2-Restarting the computer.

3-Used a Vpn.

4-Created new account.

But all these steps no avail.

Error Message and Firewall screenshot included.

Please Help me.

Bilal Demir, welcome to these public User Forums.

See KB 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products which applies to all OEM versions of ATI supplied with hardware purchases.

I would suggest checking what the actual version of your Kingston OEM Acronis application is as there is a known issue with being able to activate older versions due to security changes made by Acronis late last year.

See forum topic here for details of how to activate Acronis offline if you are affected by the above.

The Kingston OEM version I have is 5128 which suggests it is either ATI 2015 or 2016. I downloaded it on 16 October 2022.
