Has backup failed or not

Thread needs solution

I received an notification this morning that my overnight backup had failed. However when I open ATI it does not say on the backup history that it has failed, the backup seems to be there and I cannot see anything in the notification that indicates why it may have failed. I attach a screen shot of the notification

John, are there any further messages below those shown in your screen image such as any related to validation after the successful backup or for automatic cleanup actions (shown as consolidation)?

The screen shot is the complete message that I received. When I go into Backup it shows a red cross aginst this backup and a messsage at the bottom of the screen that the latest backup has failed but when I click on the activity tab it shows a successful backup at 4:01 today

John, can you open Explorer to C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs\backup_worker and look for any logs that cover the period of this backup task.  Ideally, please zip the original log file to retain its name if you post a copy to the forum for me to look at.

Acronis made changes with ATI 2020 where they have moved the detailed diagnostic messages to the backup_worker logs instead of showing them in the ti_demon log where your email is taken from.

No there are no logs around that time. Interestingly there are 2 logs for a backup that runs once a week on Sundays, but there are no backups that were run at that time.

The one with which I had the problem ran successfully last night

Strange!  Can only say to keep an eye on things and see if anything else is going on?
