How to recover data files only

Thread needs solution

I have the latest build of Acronis True Image 2020. I am trying to download the files I have on the cloud. I can see them, but when I download them, it nearly gives me a zip file that is corrupted or contains no data. When I use the link to share, same problem occurs. This files are rather large 1.4TB, and it is not just click and download like I thought it would be to save to my external. None of these files have anything to do with and OS or startup recovery.

Any help anyone can provide--I really need to get this data back.

Joseph, welcome to these public User Forums.

The options here will depend in part on the structure of your files backup in the Acronis Cloud.

If these are organised in separate folders, then you could try downloading a smaller zip of different folders to see how that works for you.

The alternative here is to start a Recovery from the ATI 2020 main GUI for the task that put these files into the Cloud, but elect to recover the files to a different location than the original.  Doing things this way should allow ATI to resume the recovery if the download is interrupted due to any network issues etc.
