Incremental Backup Manual Cleanup with .tibx Format

Thread needs solution

I have create only incremental versions selected. I am using .tibx format. There is no automatic cleanup available. I manually delete the oldest 14 incremental backups and leave my 14 newest incremental backups. Evidently Acronis is using forever forward CBT technology and merging the older backups into the full backup. Am I correct?

The only manual cleanup options for .tibx chains is that provided via the 'Clean up versions' tool for each task, if that allows you to remove your 14 latest files, then all should be good, but you should not attempt any other form of cleanup outside of ATI using Explorer.

Incremental files are all stored within a single file for .tibx chains.
