Laufwerksbuchstabe in BAckup-Profil fehlt

Thread needs solution

Hallo,

An error occured while obtaining the location information"

Wo kann ich die Konfiguration dieses Backups an anderer Stelle als der GUI korrigieren?

Die anderen Profile sind ok.

recently the letter in front of the colon is missing from the drive specification of one of my backup profiles in the destination displayed. Instead of 'E: \\ SAVE ...' there is now ': \\ SAVE ...'

When you click on 'Options' or on the target tile ('Change target'), the error message 'An error occurred while obtaining the location information'

Where can I correct the configuration of this backup elsewhere than the GUI?

The other profiles are ok.

Manfred, welcome to these public User Forums.

If you are not able / permitted to reselect the Destination for this backup task, then the best method of resolving this problem is as follows:

Click on the caret 'v' next to the task name in the main ATI Backup panel.

Select to Delete, then to just Remove the task settings (leaving the files untouched).

Once the task has been removed, then click on the caret 'v' to the right of the normal + Add backup option and then click on 'Add existing backup'.

Navigate to the correct location (E:.SAVE ?) and select the most recent backup file for your backup task, or if this is a Disk backup using .tibx files, on the first .tibx file.

Selecting the .tib or .tibx file will add a new Backup task using the file name.

Rename the Backup task to remove any extra characters (_full_ etc ) then click on the Reconfigure button (shown in the lower right corner in place of Back up now), and reset the settings for the task (Schedule, Backup Scheme, Notifications, Exclusions etc).
