Mouse and Keyboard don't work boot from bootable USB

Thread needs solution

I created the bootable USB using the True Image 2020 media builder running on a windows 7 machine.   I then boot that USB on a new machine with a new motherboard and when True Image stand-alone finishes booting I have no mouse or keyboard.

How do I fix that?   My usb ports are all USB 3 on the new machine.

What type of Mouse and Keyboard are you using here?

If these are wireless devices, then there is very limited / minimal support for the same in most of the rescue media.

I would suggest trying the WinPE version of the ATI 2020 rescue media builder to see if this will work any better or else try using the MVP Custom PE Builder tool (link below).

The alternative is to use a USB hub and connect a wired mouse & keyboard.
