My Backup hang after starting and the Message calculating time remaining appears.

Thread needs solution

I the latest update to True Image 2020. I have ran  the VSS test tool with no errors found. I also have the latest updates to Windows 10. It hangs when either the Backup function or the Disk Clone function is executed. I opened the log file and saw a line items indication the the server was not started. How and what do I do to start the server?

A quick potential solution could be to do a repair installation - see 60195: Acronis True Image: repair, update and clean installations on Windows. Download the latest version of the installation file from you Acronis account then in Explorer right click on the installation as select "run as administrator".
