My very first backup does not finish
I just purchased True Image 2021, running it on a W11 PC.
After installation I updated to the latest version.
I setup a new backup to a LaCie 2TB USB drive. Complete backup, 7 increments. I started the backup, it is nearly done but for the last 1/2 hour its just sitting there with "less than 1 minute", but it does not finish the backup.
Anybody have a suggestion what i can do?
I checked with the support page but it shows that my version is not supported. Did i buy the wrong app?

The absence of support does not necessarily mean that you made a mistake in buying ATI 2021. It may well be able to meet your needs better than ACPHO (Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office) which replaced ATI 2021.
The message you are seeing is all too common. It may be that there is scheduled purging of old backups which can take a while. The only way to be sure what is going on is to look at the log files; to do so you will need MVP Assistant - New 2.0 with Rescue Media Builder (New Version 2.2.1). The log files that you need to look at depends on the type of backup, as described by @Steve Smith:
If you have Disks & Partitions backups created on ATI 2020 or later using .tibx files, then look in the Backup Worker logs.
If you have Files & Folders backups using .tib files (or Disk backups from earlier versions using .tib files) then look in the Demon logs.
Other logs are shown by the MVP Assistant under the 'Active Logs' heading of the Log Viewer page of the Assistant.
