Need Advice on User Friendly backup recovery.

Thread needs solution

Need Tutorial, Not Offering

I am new to Acronis TI 2020. I normally use Win 10 (win 7 backup option) but I'm seeking a more friendly and rememberable method for backing up FULL disk images(including all partitions, including the hidden dell recovery) with an easy restore process that a non-techie can do. I'm near 50 yr old and I'm forgetting detailed things, So while I know a select few things from my expert win 7 days, I haven't bothered to become an expert on win 10.

In past when I've made backups and during my 6-9 months reformatting choice,  I had hard time recalling how to restore as you don't practice much to train the brain. I used to buy recovery discs from HP, Acer, Etc but they stopped letting you order them, They were ultra simple thing to store and restore.
My last Laptops(Asus) I used a built in recovery partition, until it got accidently wiped somehow. (discs never had that issue) and HP had a downloadable cloud recovery tool, But I don't trust the cloud, So I'm seeking a foolproof long term PHYSICAL recovery option for my new Dell!
1. Can I store multiple disk images on a external hard drive without renaming them? Will they number themselves (like Tibackup, TIbackup2, etc.)?   I'm currently using approx 75gb space on C:/ drive, What would be the recommended storage size for only backup system images for recovery If I saved 1 bareboned fresh desktop and one every 6-9 months to retain OS Settings/Updates? I save all my personal files to an external drive, so I never keep personal files on my main OS drive.
2. Are they easily restored with or without the TI software or could I use a windows rescue/recovery boot drive to select a saved Acronis backup?
3. Will I need to create a bootable Acronis rescue DVD or Flash drive to restore my backed up stored images when I can't boot up or can I boot from the hard drive with stored backup images alone? What size flash is recommended for that if so?
4. Is there a FULL pdf user manual for the TI 2020 standard (non-cloud) software? I searched but couldn't find. I'm pre-install so I'm aware It may be in help menu. I want to backup my downloaded Acronis program(no disc or drive in retail box) and guide too if possible.  I won't rely on what's there today being there tomorrow.

That's enough for now, Sorry for the long winded, But HELPPPP and I appreciate any replies. Remember I'm a novice in your replies.

Yes, you can store multiple disk backup images on an external hard drive and these will be named according to the task that creates them, with suffices as needed.

The size of backup drive depends on the size of backups along with the number to be stored etc, but a 1TB drive would be a good starting choice!

Recovery is going to be dependent on what is being recovered and why?

Recovering to the same / original disk drive is best performed by booting from Acronis Rescue Media which can be created on DVD disc, USB stick or as an Acronis Survival Kit on your external USB backup drive.

The Acronis Survival Kit does allow you to boot from the same drive as where you have stored your backup files.

For USB flash storage, you need a size of between 2GB up to 32GB.

Yes, these are available via the Acronis Product Documentation web page as both PDF download files or web help, plus are available in the Help area for the installed application.

If you have registered your Acronis license serial to your Acronis Account, then you can always download it again from that source or else from the Acronis Product Updates web page.

I would recommend reading through the first few sections of the ATI 2020 User Guide which will give you a good introduction to how to use the application.
