No backups in recovery

Hi, have been backing up for several weeks, with confirmation emails from the system etc If I goto the backup and to the recovery tab it says there is no data to recover. What's gone wrong ? Thanks

Do the backup file(s) show correctly in your Destination location for this backup task?
If yes, then to get them to show correctly in the Recovery page, you will need to use the option to 'Add existing backup' and select the latest file to add.

There have been a few reports of this behaviour, including myself for one task too, and doing this has sorted it.
