Not able to change mobile backup path
Hello,
Trying TI2020, i am not able to change the default path: "C:\ProgramData\Acronis Mobile Backup Data\" to another path.
Is there a correction or some tricks to circumvent the problem ??
Thanks for any answer.

Hello Steve,
Thanks for your answer....
I tried more than 4 times to change the default path without success, my TI2020 version is: Build 25700 is there any upgrade ??
I tried also to save setting to file in order to modify the default path in the zip file and import the modified zip file, unfortunately the default path is not saved.....!!!
Regards

Jean, I am using the same ATI 2020 #25700 build version and the option to change the location is working just fine, but I do not have any backups stored at present if that makes a difference??

Hello Steve,
Thanks for your answer....
I tried V2018-B11530 and V2019-B14690 with the same result... Something seems to be wrong in my W10... same problem also when reinstalling V2020....
As i have a dual boot with W7, i tried V2018-B11530 under W7, ... with the same result....!!!
Any idea ???

Jean, was ATI installed using an Administrator account and running from the same?
Seems very strange if this issue is happening for 3 different versions of ATI and with both Win 7 and 10..?
The only other suggestion would be to recreate the issue with ATI 2020 and open a support case direct with Acronis while 2020 remains in support at present.

Hello Steve,
Tried different manips:
Installed TI2020 on W10 1809 (B17134.rs4 Release 180410-1804 and the mobile backup change, worked like a charme (also TI2019 is working).
Installed TI2020 on W10 1909 (B18362-19h1 Release 190318-1202 and the mobile backup change, is not working.
What is your W10 level ??

Hi Jean, all my systems were on W10 1909 but have now been upgraded to 2004 over the last 5 days or so.

Hi Steve,
I just wanted to say thanks for the valuable and helpful information you post on this forum, in particular how to change the location of the mobile backup. Such a simple change. I should have found it myself, but I'm getting a little rusty.
Thanks again.
