nothing to recover ?

Thread needs solution

I have two drives (C with O.S. & D with user files etc.) daily backups appear to be working but when I click the "recover" tab the C drive shows nothing to recover, likewise the "activity" tab is blank...D drive appears correctly populated The backups ARE there (on my NAS).....

As the files being created are *.tib, it is likely that you are using a prior version of ATI. I am wondering if it could be a manifestation of one of the problems currently being experience; the first is caused by a rogue meta file and the other by misconfiguration of the Acronis servers. See discussion in this thread for the latter and this knowledge base document for the former.

What happens if you attempt to validate the backup?

I have un-installed and re-installed and it appears to be working properly now......for the time being!
