Nothing works !!!

Thread needs solution

Have paid a lot of money for the program. Unfortunately, neither the secure zone nor the creation of an efi boot medium works. The prorgam pretends to work, but nothing has happened after completion. True Image is unfortunately not to use. Do not buy version 2020.

Rainer, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry to read of issues in using ATI 2020 but would need to know much more information in order to understand what is happening here for you?

I have the ASZ created and working with ATI 2020 running on a UEFI laptop, for which I have also created rescue media.  All ATI rescue media supports both Legacy and UEFI boot modes, so there is no separate media.

I don't use ASZ so can't speak to it. UEFI rescue media creation is working fine for me in all of the betas and the public release so far.

There are still definitely some bugs in ATI 2020 and I have yet to pull the trigger for the upgrade on my main system as a result.  However, I am hoping that the update 1 release that was posted today will address a good amount of them - I believe that the release for update 2 is next month should get the vast majority of the others (hopefully) too.

Keep in mind that Windows 10 updates are breaking a good deal of Operating Systems lately too - who knows how this is impacting other software deeply rooted in the OS as well (at least for some).  If you aren't aware, these are some good articles to look at.
