Thread needs solution

Paul, welcome to these public User Forums.

I cannot see any option in the online dashboard for any cloud services, so yes, it does look to have disappeared at the moment depite the documentation saying that is should be there!

If you don't see after a day or two, then please raise this via a support ticket direct with Acronis.

I can see it and it is appears to be working correctly. However, I suspect that like Steve your dashboard is on a different server to the one I am on:  https://au1-cloud.acronis.com. Probably (yet another) sever configuration issue.

Ian

I am on server https://eu4-cloud.acronis.com/ Sporadic problems logging on getting this message {"error":{"code":404,"message":"Not Found","details":{"info":"Invalid URI parameters","addition":[]},"context":{},"domain":"PlatformAccountServer"}}

When you try a second time it loads but no longer the Office 365 backup option under the add tab. It was working a couple of days ago but when my Office 365 backup said it had failed yesterday I deleted it and now can't add it again.

When I use the link in ATI 2020 to take you the online dashboard, it opens up Chrome but any add-ons immediately crash. Chrome is fine when manually navigate to the website.

The online chat support has been absolutely useless. Gave up after going around in circles explaining the issues again and again.

Paul, I am also on the eu4 dashboard and there are no Cloud service options shown for me either!

It is there in my Add Resources:

The odd thing was that when I clicked on it I had to log into my Microsoft Account which I did not have to do yesterday when I checked.

After doing so the Microsoft Office 365 for Home appeared under recourses on the left side - sure it was not there when I did the check for my initial post - I found it somewhere obscure. Looks to me as if they have been reconfiguring the servers. Checked under recovery tab and backups were there going back to December 2018.
