Office 365 Home OneDrive Restore Files/Folders Error: Internal error: parsing time

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to restore from Office 365 Home OneDrive, but get the error (see attached)

"Internal error: parsing time """" as ""2006-01-02T15:04:05Z07:00"": cannot parse """ as "2006"
Error code UnknownReasonError"

This is a new trial account--two weeks of backups. The backups are all completing successfully for all four accounts, but almost every time I go to restore I get this error. I say almost every time, because out of the 20+ times I've done it trying different, users, browsers, backup sets, etc, I have seen where it does show an incomplete list of folders within the backup. So it very infrequently gives me some of the files to browse.

I did reach out to support about a week ago, but they don't seem interested in helping. They just keep sending me a generic response of troubleshooting for True Image. Not helpful.

As a side note: I was part of the pilot program beta testers for this same product--as part of my business I'm a partner reseller--and didn't see any such issues. I liked it so much, I thought I would back up my family's OneDrive as a paid account outside my reseller account. But now that I'm ready to pay, I can't get it to work. Bummer.

Boreas,

First this Forum is dedicated to the Acronis True Image product.  I see that you have the Acronis Cyber Security formerly Acronis Backup 12.5 product.  Your product is a business class product so posting in the Acronis Business Products Forums might get better responses than here.

The error you are getting are usually what you would see when a network client is not registered with or has issues with server registration.  I would recommend that you make certain that connections and configuration is correct as most often that will allow you to discover the problem.

Enchantech, Okay, I will try posting there as well.  Note that this is part of Acronis True Image 2020.  I installed True Image, then went to the cloud backup which launches me in the browser where I then back  up Office 356 HOME.. Note that this is HOME and not business.  But I understand I am only using the cyber/cloud portion of True Image, so it's a bit confusing.  (I've since uninstalled True Image as I'm only using the cloud portion.) Thanks for clarifying.

Boreas,

I must offer my apologies.  I was mistaken about using the business product.  I see now that you are not.  It is a long story why I thought what I did and not relevant so I will spare you the details.

I am now confused however when you say you are only using the cloud portion of True Image and that you have uninstalled True Image?  True Image is required to be installed to make use of the cloud feature so I am perplexed by your statement and how you are still using the cloud or not using it because of the error you're getting presumably because you uninstalled True Image from your computer.
