Password Inconsistencies

I can use True Image on my iPhone when I use a browser. I can clearly go to the dashboard and use my email and password without any problem.

The problem I have is with the Acronis Backup app. I use the same email and password but keep getting incorrect password.

This is very strange - could the app have an old password which wasn’t updated via the normal website profile when I changed it and if so how do I correct this? I have tried changing the password in my profile to see if it affects the app password but it doesn’t.

John, if your password is working correctly via a browser, then I would suggest checking you can type in the same password via a browser on your computer and have it accepted?

If it does work correctly, then type the same password in a note on your phone and check that the correct characters are shown, then use the option to copy the password and paste it into the Acronis Backup app.
