PC not connected to Dashboard, but it is working?
OK, not sure what is going on here.
We have the 3 license Perpetual ATI. Only 2 PC's in use, and I just got a new one.
Installed Acronis on it and ran a backup. Then checked the Dashboard, see this:
The 2nd one is the new PC, first is my old one I'm 'retiring'. Last is my wife's. What does that mean that the machine is OFFLINE?
It IS still operating and doing backups:
It doesn't show any errors and seems to be working fine?
What does this mean and why is it happening? Should I worry? How do I 'fix' it?

Irv,
The Managed Machine Service must be running on the computer showing this error. If yours is disabled you need to enable it. See link below.

One reason users (including myself) have disabled the MMSM service is because Acronis have managed to reset the backup configuration settings of large numbers of user backup tasks by changes they have made at the Dashboard servers which then were propagated out to all linked users! See forum topic: True Image 2020 -Backup option settings loss

Steve, Ahh, that is probably why I disabled it. Put it back on, wondering if I should disable it again? Never had the problem on the OLD PC?

Irv, hopefully Acronis have learnt some lessons and won't inflict these issues on their users again but .... (they have done this at least twice so far with months in-between!).
If you are wanting to use the Dashboard then the MMSM service has to be enabled but make sure that you have exported a copy of all the task configuration settings to a zip file using the option provided at the bottom of the Settings panel in the main GUI.
