Problems with ATI 2020 22510 on my MBP

Thread needs solution

Hi, i´m new using Acronis.
I´ve installed it on Catalina 10.15.1
I´ve found out, that Acronis ATI 21810 works well, but the update to the actual 22510 lets to fundamental error. After Backingup a volume in the Finder I can see a EFI-Partition and the Desktop-Folder is set to readonly. So after every Backup I have to reboot my MBP?!?
Unforunally the acronis-support doesn´t answer to my problem.
Has anyone also such ja problem?!?
What can I do - actual am back on 21810!

Simon, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry but I have no Mac systems as am a Windows / Linux user only, so cannot help with this issue. 

I would suggest posting in the dedicated ATI for Mac forum where other Mac users may be better able to offer some advice to you.
