Ezio, welcome to these public User Forums.
Sorry but there is not enough information here to understand what is happening?
What are you restoring here? What type of backup? Is this a Disk backup or a Files backup?
How are you restoring here? Is this from within Windows? Are you booting from the Acronis Rescue Media?

I restore the system with a backup made previously with acronis from windows 10 but unlike what happened with acronis 2018, which told me that it had to restart to proceed and restarting it showed me the progress of the restoration, with acronis 2019 and 2020 makes me restart but I don't see the progress of the operation in progress anymore leaving me the black screen. After successful recovery the system is restarted regularly as from backup.
Ezio, is your system working correctly after restoring it from your backup?
I personally would never start any OS disk recovery from within Windows as this should always require a restart of the computer but then uses a temporary Linux boot environment which has less support for newer computer hardware / devices.
The recommended method of doing an OS disk recovery, is to create the Acronis Rescue Media (on a USB stick or CD/DVD media) then to boot from that rescue media keeping the same BIOS mode as your Windows OS uses.
See KB 63295: Acronis True Image 2020: Come ripristinare il computer con il supporto basato su WinPE o basati su WinRE for more information.

saluti.
