Recovery from NAS (QNAP) fails
I am using Acronis TI 2020 on Windows 10 Pro ( latest updates ).
I can backup files and discs to me NAS ( QNAP ) and can see the .tib and .tibx files there in the QNAP.
However, from the Recovery Disk, I cannot see my QNAP at all. I can see all other HDDs in my PC.
Does anyone have a solution or suggestion?
Thanks

When using Recovery Media you must browse to Network, then select Entire Network, then in the path field type in the network path to your device. You can figure that out by navigating to your NAS share using Explorer.
The format for path is \\devicename or IPaddress\sharename\
If you are using a password protected share then at some point in typing your path you will be prompted for credentials. If you are not prompted for credentials then the application cannot locate your device indicating other problems exist.
Additionally, as you type the path you should notice the path statement trying to self populate or auto fill, this also indicates that the application has located your NAS. If your devicename fails to be recognized then the IP Address will usually bring success in connection.
