regarding free mandatory software update
Hi,
I use True Image 2020. I recently received an email from noreply@sender.acronis.online on Jan 28 regarding a mandatory free update to Acronis True Image. I want to know if this email is legit from Acronis.
Please let me know if this email is legit from Acronis. I accidentally clicked on the install button in the email and now I am worried if it is a phishing or malware email.
The URL behind the button is ://link.acronis.online/u/nrd.php?p=essmhgAIaC_41385_3610511_1_1&ems_l=5276156&i=1&d=MjU3NjcwNTQ5%7CZXNzbWhnQUlhQw%3D%3D%7CMjAyMi0wMS0yOCsxNiUzQTUwJTNBMDA%3D%7CQVRJMjAyMi1UTFMtdzEtZW4tYXRpLTIxLTIwLTE5LTE4LTE3LXBlcnAtMS0zLTU%3D%7C%7CYjYxYTBmMjA4YzZlZWEzMzE%3D%7C&_esuh=_11_f29948e621cbae5ba3e54caff52cbfb3ad42bd0b4d5c2f842ebb86e0976d36c3
PS on a side note, can you let me know how I can use Acronis to backup and restore my macbook? Can you share some documentation links to that?
Thanks,
See below for a screenshot of the email.

This is a great update to be honest.
Thanks for the notice, it's time for me to upgrade, but somehow I stayed on the old version and it looks so-so of course.
