Rename backup files
I cannot rename backup files. Acronis help page says: "[Optional] To rename the backup, click the arrow next to the backup name, click Rename, and then enter a new name." When I click down arrow Acronis displays pull-down menu shown in the screenshot. Alas - there is no rename option in the menu.

I have horrible problems with the software of this forum. I could not find my own post and I attached wrong image because I could not see it. Now I have attached the correct image.

Andrew, thinking back a while, I believe this is a limitation with ATI 2020 from when it brought in the new .TIBX format backup archive files!
See the following KB documents published by Acronis with regards to .tibx files.
KB 63518: Acronis True Image 2020: do not delete first tibx file
KB 63227: Acronis True Image: Do not delete .TIB or .TIBX files outside of Acronis True Image
KB 63498: Acronis True Image 2020-2021: new tibx backup format FAQ
KB 63425: Acronis True Image: Limitations of tibx backups
KB 63445: Acronis True Image 2020: how to view and manage backup versions in new backup format
KB 63444: Acronis True Image 2020 and 2021: tibx backups in local destinations

Thanks a lot. I am surprised that such basic feature is missing in 'professional' software. I am also surprised by great fragility of the Acronis backup program and the lack of recovery records (like WinRAR). I need backup program that is more robust and easier to used than Acronis. I cannot use Windows backup because I have two SSD drives. By the way, it seems that Acronis is getting out of the backup business. If you want a backup program, you have pay annual subscription for anti-virus program, whether you need it or not.
I have just installed free backup program called 'Macrium Reflect Free'. So far, so good. The program is easy to use and it asked me to type name of the backup file. Now I am the boss - I decide what the name should be.
