Right Click menu Windows Explorer

Thread needs solution

I installed TI2020 on WinXP computer later finding out it was not certified for WinXP. The last certified TI for WinXP is 2019. TI2020 seems to work fine on WinXP except I lost functionality of right click on desktop and in Windows Explorer. These appear to be the only problems though I am not a TI power user and assume dashboard and archiving also don't work but I don't use either. If I am running another program right click works fine inside that program just not outside on desktop and in windows explorer. A nuisance but "drop and drag" works though not as convenient as "right click". My thoughts are to go to downgrade to TI2019 to get right click back and drop TI2020. My question - has anyone found my right click problems in TI2020 in TI 2019 before I revert?

Thanks in advance.

Thomas, welcome to these public User Forums.

Please can you clarify the above comment?  Do you mean that right-click doesn't work at all from either the XP desktop or in Explorer regardless of what you are trying to do, i.e. not associated with using ATI 2020?

If so, then I have never seen any such reports here in the forums that I can remember, but no longer have any XP systems to do any testing on.  However, I cannot see any reason why installing ATI 2020 on XP would cause such an issue.
