Totally Frustrated with 2020 Ti

Thread needs solution

Unfortunately given 2020's decision to not work with Windows Explorer and only work in chains within itself I am totally frustrated with its ability to actually backup a disk and have a backup file available to restore.  2020 loses backups that have been done.  It loses backups that are clearly saved to a backup drive.  It will not restore from a tibx file that you can see on the backup disk, but it can't see.  We had no problems with 2010, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.  Why in the World is 2020 impossible to work with for a User that is on their 8th version of this software and has experience using it across multiple computers all that time?

If you care to leave more details on the issues you mentioned then someone here may be able to help.  TI 2020 brought a number of changes and with that comes a learning curve.
