Transferring ATI 2020 license to new computer

I have a client with ATI who is trying to transfer their license to a new PC, but when they log into their account under "PRODUCTS", it asks for the key (there is no download button). When the key is entered, it says that it is already registered, and it goes right back to asking for the key.

Any suggestions on how to get past this?

One possibility is that an outdated installation file for ATI 2020 is being used, which does not support the current verification process. The current build of ATI 2020 (38600) can be downloaded from here (assuming it is Windows not MAC being used - MAC build can be downloaded from here).

Hello!

That means the key is registered under another email. First you need to move the license to the new email and just after they will be able to see the product in there. Please check the following KB: https://kb.acronis.com/content/60806
