Dale, sorry but too little information to start giving an answer here.

What types of backup are involved?  Disks & Partitions or Files & Folders.

What destination are you storing the backups to?  Local disk, external drive, NAS ?

What file system is used on the storage location?  NTFS (MBR or GPT), exFAT ?

What Windows OS is being used?  Windows 10? 8.1, 7, etc

Are you running the backups from within Windows using the ATI 2020 GUI or are you booting from Acronis Rescue Media to create backups?

What is the size of backup data involved here?

Dale, to answer most of Steve's questions I suggest that you take Screenshots of your TI process. I use SnagIt for such but there are other products and if nothing else you can just press the PrtSc (Print Screen) key to copy the entire screen image to the clipboard and then save the contents. Often a more knowledgable person will see important things that you might miss.
