True Image 2020 scheduler QUEUED won't backup
Incremental backup doesn't get past QUEUED. Have to manually end the Scheduler task in Task Manager with Windows 10 64 bit. Then it backs up and validates.
I down;oaded the Acronis Scheduler Manager tool that Steve Smith suggested in another post, but when after I download it and right clik to Run As Adminisrator and typing in "task zap" nothing happens.

Fredric, you misunderstand what 'task zap' does here - it does not kill an active task but prevents any scheduled tasks from being repetitively run by virtue of scheduled entries being added after the task fails.
If you cannot see an active task that is causing your incremental backup to be queued then you now need to do a Windows restart to clear the phantom active task.
Note: by running 'task zap' any scheduled tasks you have in the ATI GUI listing will need to be rescheduled as will now be set as being 'Not scheduled'.

I think I understand. After I did end that task, and I Backed Up Now, the validation hung with less than 1 minute for hours so I stopped it. When I looked at the Next Backup, it said, "none scheduled". So I created a new incremental backup scheme and it says it is scheduled for next Saturday at 11am as I scheduled it for.
I then looked and saw the backup that I did today was indeed valid.
Is there anything else I should do now except wait to see if the scheduled backup starts up next Sat. at 11am?
I am hoping it doesn't hang at "queued" again.
Thank you as always Steve.

Fredric, the only test that you could do would be to run an immediate backup to check that nothing is going to give a queued status, but if you are happy that all is good, then leave the backup to run on schedule next weekend.
