Try and Decide with BitLocker storage drive

Thread needs solution

So, I know it does not work and I know it's in the FAQ for Try and Decide.  But can someone please explain this :

  1. Try&Decide can`t be used if there is at least one disk volume, encrypted with BitLocker, in the system. It does not matter whether this volume is intended to be used with Try&Decide or not.

Why would one of my drives, used for my data, that is BitLocker protected stop Try and Decide from working on my system drive which is NOT BitLocker protected.  Doesn't seem to make sense.

Thank you

Bryan,

The word volume may be used here in the wrong context.  I cannot say for certain, but this may refer to a partition on a single disk.  This suggests that if your disk contains a volume/partition on disk that is Bitlocker encrypted that disk cannot be used with Try & Decide.

Certainly the wording could be made more clear.
