Trying to get support for True Image

Thread needs solution

I just killed an hour going around in circles trying to get support for True Image. Truly unbelievable!!

I can't enter my product key because it says it already has it. But it won't allow me to proceed without my product key.  Who design's this stuff, Kafka?

I can't find a way around this poorly designed interface.  If I didn't like the product so much, I simply give up.

Any suggestions?

David, welcome to these public User Forums.

What type of license have you purchased?  Is it for the full product or is it an upgrade?
If you have purchased an upgrade license, then it will require 2 license keys, one for the new version being installed, and one for a previous qualifying full version to be upgraded from.

Have you registered your license key to your Acronis Account web page?
If yes, then try signing in with your Acronis Account credentials (email address & password) and see if that will resolve the license issue for you from the information in your account.

If none of the above help, then you will need help directly from Acronis as we are just other users without access to their license systems etc.

Try sending a private message to Ekaterina Surkova | Forum Moderator who can check your Account information or check you have a valid key etc.

David, could you send me the license key in a private message (the first two block are enough), I'll check it

Note, you can open a support ticket without logging in to Acronis Account, just select "Trial\Activation\Presales\Licensing question" category. Then you'll be able to enter a chat.
