Unable to log into Dashboard from Acronis web site

Thread needs solution

Login to Acronis web site. Click on dashboard. Get "provisioning your account. Redirecting to Acronis Cyber Protection Console......." Then get "connection failed. Currently the ACPC is not available. Try later"

It has been doing this for 2 to 3 weeks now. What's up??  Acronis support won't tell me what's wrong.

It doesn't mater what browser I use.

Joe, welcome to these public User Forums.

Do you have ATI 2020 installed on your PC, and have you signed in to your Acronis Account on the Account page of ATI 2020?

If so, click on the 'Open Online Dashboard' button on the Account page of ATI 2020 and see if this will let you access the dashboard by that method?

Yes I got ATI 2020 installed. When I go thru that, I get the same exact results. It doesn’t mater which way I go.  

Joe, try dropping a private message to Ekaterina (forum moderator) to see if she can check your account settings.  If you have an open support ticket with Acronis, include the ticket number so she can give it a push too!
