Used True Image cloning tool - Drives not visible

Thread needs solution

Today I cloned an internal NVMe drive to 2 external HDD's (used as individual back-up's) and after completing the task, none of the drives are visible in windows explorer. However, the drives are visible in Disk Management.

Help, please. I have a lot of footage on the NVMe drive (and after cloning, on the 2 external HDD's) and I need to retrieve it.

Thanks.

Have you tried to disconnect the cloned drives, restart the PC, then look in Explorer?

Also, make sure that automount is enabled in Windows, reboot, then unplug each usb drive and plug them back in.

1. Open an elevated command prompt.

2. Type diskpart into the elevated command prompt, and press Enter. (see screenshot below)

3. Type automount enable into the elevated command prompt, and press Enter.

4. Close the elevated command prompt.

5. Restart the computer to apply.
