Why doesn't Acronis see the system disk?
I uploaded the ISO to the Pen Drive with Rufus to backup Windows 10 Home 64 bit to an external hard drive but Acronis can't find the SSD. Acronis sees the presence of the external disk, of the Pen Drive but does not see the SSD disk of the notebook. How can I do?
Thank you

I don't quite understand what you are telling me to do. I have tried with the creation of the simple ISO but this does not work. Can you explain the steps better?
How can I check that my PC's BIOS is configured correctly?
Is there any more powerful tool than Acronis True Image?

Let's back up a little here!
What PC are you using to create the Acronis Rescue Media and is this the same PC that you are trying to make a backup of?
What type of disk drive is installed in the PC you are trying to backup?
Is this a standard 2.5" or 3.5" SATA drive, or is it a PCIe card type drive such as NVMe M.2 SSD?
What interface is being used for the disk drive in the PC you are trying to backup?
Note: you can get answers to the above by using the Acronis > Tools > Add new disk tool to see information on all installed / connected disk drives as shown in the image below from my PC.
The image shows that my Disk 1 is a NVMe PCIe card type disk (Samsung 970 EVO Plus), and my Disk 2 is a 2.5" SATA disk using RAID for the Interface (Seagate 2TB HDD), plus I have another USB 3 external disk drive connected

I have not installed Acronis on the PC I want to back up. I created the ISO file on a different PC. Could this be the problem?

Yes, if the two PC's have different hardware.

If I load the backup of Acronis created on VirtualBox by adding some drivers I see the SSD disk and I can copy the files to the new disk. If I create a simple iso with Acronis installed on the new final pc I can copy the new files to the disk and I can see and select the target ssd disk. The problem is that the new OS doesn't start. Below is a photo:
To solve the problem I tried to use the Universal Restore ISO on the pen drive but when I start the target notebook I see this message:
Why doesn't the Acronis Universal Restore ISO start while the other ISOs start?

What exactly are you doing here? It sounds as if you are trying to migrate a VM OS to a physical PC and I have no idea whether this would ever work or what might be needed to even try to get this type of migration to work?
The video mode setup error / invalid video framebuffer error is commonly caused by not having the correct video card drivers or by having multiple graphics adapters. The way to avoid this error is to disable any second graphic adapter and use the built-in adapter integrated with the PC motherboard where possible.
