Acronis not sending notification

Since 14.10, I no longer receive notification email for backups by noreply-abc@cloud.acronis.com .

They just stopped coming. Can anyone help?

Claudio, the main requirement for the Acronis Dashboard notification emails is to have the Acronis Managed Machine Mini Service active & running to communicate backup status to the Dashboard.

I have always found these dashboard notification emails to be hit and miss in terms of arriving - some days they come, then for no obvious reason they stop etc.

I use the Notifications settings for my individual tasks to send me an email using my Gmail account and SMTP server.

Acronis Managed Machine Mini Service is active.
Yes, since the notifications stopped I have enabled emails for each backup. 
I just wanted to know why they didn't come.

Unfortunately, only Acronis can tell anyone why their dashboard servers stop sending these notification emails.

Sorted out. My backup jobs would not appear on the dashboard. So, searching the forum, I figured out how to make them appear again. I followed this instruction:

1- Stop Acronis Managed Machine Service Mini
    
2- Delete everything in% ProgramData% \ Acronis \ BackupAndRecovery \ MMSData \ DML \
   
3- Start the service
    
4- Wait a while and see if the machine appears on the Dashboard
