Antivirus Scan

Thread needs solution

When I run the antivirus scan, everything appears to proceed normally. However, when the scan ends, the Last scan date is not updated (displays 8/28/2020) and the Scan report is also not updated (displays scan report for 8/28/2020).  This occurs on my laptop.  On my 2nd machine (desktop) there is no problem.

Yes

I can only suggest that you open a support ticket with Acronis to investigate the issue.
