ATI 2021 Edit Backup Schedule

Thread needs solution

I've been an Acronis user for quite a while and just bought a 2021 True Image license for a new computer.

I set up the backup and everything went OK.  It's set to automatically back up every week, which I want to change to every other week or every month.  Clicking the "Options" button for the backup does nothing.  I've looked in the Help and searched the forum and haven't found anything.

How do I change the schedule?

Joe, welcome to these public User Forums.

Clicking on the Options button should work provided that you are doing this from an Administrator account (required for ATI to work correctly), or else you should be able to click on the scheduled time shown for the task.

Hi Steve-

Clicking either the button or the time does nothing.  I am the Administrator and only user of this computer.  I checked Services  and 7 of 9 of the Acronis services are running.  

No, this is not a Star Trek reference.  I disabled all the Acronis services when I was troubleshooting something else and didn't turn Mobile backup back on as I don't use it.

Thoughts?

Joe, try doing a Repair Install of ATI as per KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings
