Backups failing, no response from Acronis Support

Thread needs solution

Hi all,

All my Trueimage 2021 backups have stopped working over two weeks ago.  Multiple Attempts to contact support have gone unanswered and I'm left with manual backups to a NAS drive in the interim.  All relevant data has been attached here.  Deeply frustrated at this point and thinking of ditching Acronis entirely.  Thoughts?

Shane, I would recommend following the steps in KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings - and in particular rebuilding the internal database for some of the SQL related errors shown in your images.
