Can I use Acronis 2021 in this way?

Thread solved

So, I got approximately 16TB of data to backup.

Now, I dont have the space to store the backups, locally.

But I have a cloud-storage available, with "unlimited storage"

The Idea is to temporary backup to local disk and have the cloud application to sync the backup-files with the cloud, after the sync is finished, I'll remove the backup-files.

Will incremental backup still work if I do it this way?

No!  Any incremental backup relies on the previous backup it is based on to be present including all previous files upto the initial Full backup for the backup version chain. So you cannot remove any of those files and have the incremental backup task still be able to run successfully.  If you do remove those files then the task will create a new full size backup file, not an incremental.

Acronis does not support any other cloud backup destination other than its own Cloud service.
