Cannot access Windows Server Share

I need to backup some file on a Windows Server. Since Windows Server requires a seperate license, I installed it on a connected PC to the server that can access the share with the files. Using Windows files explorer, I have no problem doing whatever I want with the files. But when Acronis tries to access the file, it throw a error that it cannont access the file

Is it a Acronis limitation ?? Or is Acronis using a special user ?

Backup of network shares is a limitation of the product.  You can use network shares as a destination for backup image files but backup of files on a network share is not supported.
