Can't open folder.

Thread needs solution

For a month, I've been struggling to work this out. The email reps are less than helpful. It takes 2-3 DAYS to get a reply from them. 

They will ask for log files for processes that I'd told them hadn't worked. 

[04755567] Cannot open folder [ ref:_00D30Zcb._5001T1SglCX:ref ]

Anyone know how to get real help??

Kent, sorry but we will need you to start at the beginning here and describe what problem you are having and the scenario in which that problem occurs?

We have no access to your Acronis Support case information or logs etc.
