Cloud Backup Activity Does Not Update

I have a weekly job to run a backup to Cloud.  For whatever reason, even since I recovered a file a couple of months ago, the Activity log in True Image doesn't update.  The most recent log entry is still for the date and time at which I recovered a file.

The backups are definitely running according to schedule and the online dashboard has an up to date record of when the most recent backup occurred and when the next one is scheduled to occur.  I've tried updating True Image 2021 to the latest version, but that has not resolved the issue.
