Cloud Backup - Server is busy errors

In an attempt to download backup files from the cloud, I repeatedly receive an error message via browser that simply says serverIsBusy. I have tried over several hours, re-logging in, etc.

Is this a common error? Is it as simple as the server is down for a period of time?

Acronis is apparently having some issues with some of its servers (may be limited to Microsoft 365 backup). I suggest running the Acronis connection tool: 47145: Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool.

I have never been able to download a backup from Acronis cloud due to time out issues (apparently caused by lack of response from Acronis servers - while it is creating the next "slice" of the backup to be added to the zip file). Acronis has not admitted to this being the problem but there is no other explanation that I can see.
