Cloud is full error after upgrade
Hi forum folks,
I've just upgraded a couple of my machines to 2021. Both back up to Acronis Cloud, one works fine but the other fails stating Acronis Cloud is full, even though there's still 230+GB free.
The job that worked is small, being only 100GB. I suspect the job that fails is not taking into account the 500GB already backed up to the cloud before upgrading and so thinks it needs a full 500GB rather than a few MB for the delta.
Any time I've spoken to support in the past, all they say is delete the job and redo it, and I really don't want to have to lose all the history. Has anyone seen this before and know of a way round it?
Thanks in advance.

Just a thought- have you done any manual cleanup of cloud backups. I had issues with storage inaccuracies during beta testing.

Thanks Steve and Ian.
I've logged with support, so we'll see how that goes. fingers crossed.
As for manual cleanup, I have removed an old backup job from a machine that no longer exists, this backup hasn't disappeared from the list on the broken machine, but has from the machines that are working.
If you mean a cleanup of the specific backup that's having the issue via the web console, then I haven't. Before i try that are you suggesting I should try that, or that it might have caused the inconsistency?

The new build (30480) has resolved the issue.
Many thanks.

That is good news. According to the release notes there are still some issues about misreporting but apparently no longer impacts on the ability to do backups to the cloud.
