Creating Bootable Media on external hard drive DELETED All partitions!

I am very pissed now.
I have an external HDD 5TB for backup. I have data on it as well with 4 partitions. I reserved 1 partition (2Gb) with intention to create Bootable Media for Acronis Backup.
I tried to create a rescue media using 'Rescue Media Builder' on Acronis True Image 2021. I selected 'Simple', selected the 2GB Bootable and clicked proceed.
After it finished, all of my partitions were deleted! 1 Bootable media size became 2TB and another 2.5TB unallocated. It is UNacceptable!

Duy Ngo, welcome to these public User Forums.
I can only recommend that you raise this serious issue direct with Acronis and leave the 5TB drive disconnected in the interim unless you intend to use any partition recovery software to try to recover the lost partitions and data on it.
When creating rescue media on an external drive, the target partition needs to be formatted as FAT32 and allocated a Windows drive letter before starting. The Acronis Rescue Media Builder tool is really intended to be used with USB stick media or else with a DVD rather than with a large external USB HDD drive.
When using an external HDD, it is recommended to use the option (when making a Disk backup) to create a Survival Kit partition where the process will resize the existing NTFS partition selected to create a 2GB FAT32 partition where the Survival Kit media is written to.
The option to create a Survival Kit is only offered when you are creating a new Disks & Partitions (or Entire PC) type backup task and are setting the Destination for the task to a suitable external USB drive that can be used for this purpose.
See KB 61639: Acronis True Image: how to create Acronis Survival Kit - for more information on the process.
