Dashboard shows "Backup Status Unknown" after upgrade to 25.6.35810; Mac OS 10.15.7

All,

 

after an upgrade to the latest version of ATI Cloud my online dashboard shows as offline. My computer is online and actually produces backups. It just does not synch with the dashboard. No breakdown of the backed up data is shown in the application.

What can be done?

Purplehaze, see KB 56772: Acronis True Image : Troubleshooting Online Dashboard - which may offer some tips on this new issue, but otherwise, you need to raise this directly with Acronis Support after leaving it for a reasonable time to see if it resolves itself.
