Documentation for Backing Up Microsoft OneDrive to Acronis Clou
After almost 10 months of total frustration trying to understand how the process actually works for backing up Microsoft OneDrive to the Acronis cloud, I finally think I understand how the process is supposed to work but does not quite work. I have attached a pdf file of my most recent case study (actually my 4th case study). Since Acronis virtually provides no documentation in this area, my document might offer some insights for other users. Since I certainly don't claim to have all the answers, any feedback is welcome.

Ray, welcome to these public User Forums.
The only way you could share larger files would be to post a link to a sharing service such as OneDrive, assuming that you are allowed to do so directly. Otherwise, you may need to post a link as plain text, i.e. https :// link_here format (with spaces to render the text not clickable).
Did you follow the existing documentation from the ATI 2021 User Guide?

I know how to do the backup per the Acronis documentation, But there is almost zero Acronis documentation about how the process works and it does not work as described and customer support has zero knowledge and not been able to get me any information at all.
