error with backup

Thread needs solution

when I try to create a backup , there is an error : wrong password /or email....but I am logged in and the password is correct!!!! ho can I solve this?

Just from the minimal information provided, this sounds like an issue with your backup task Notifications settings for the SMTP server being used for sending out email notifications?

What actual version of Acronis True Image (ATI) are you using here? Is it ATI 2021 per this forum?

What type of backup are you creating?  Disks & Partitions (or Entire PC) or Files & Folders?

Where is your backup Destination?  Local internal or external drive, NAS / network drive or Acronis Cloud?

There is a new MVP Assistant log viewer tool that has now been made available by Acronis via the Community Tools page.. 

If you have Disks & Partitions backups created on ATI 2020 or later using .tibx files, then look in the Backup Worker logs.

If you have Files & Folders backups using .tib files (or Disk backup using same) then look in the Demon logs.
